How to Search
Greathire Ltd will not consider a job confirmed unless we have received a signed copy of the contract either by fax or email.
This document is a booking confirmation and an invoice.
Hire period is 24 hours.
We will sign and fax back to you once you have filled in the details above.
Please make cheque payable to Greathire Ltd.
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking and the Balance is due in full prior to delivery.
There is a 1 week cancellation policy on all orders or payment will be charged in full.
An additional full day hire fee will apply if items are not ready for pick up at time stated on order form.
Nothing can be attached to the furniture without permission from Greathire Ltd. Full replacement cost will apply.
Replacement cost for lost or damaged chairs is £350.00 and will be charged to credit card.
Replacement cost for lost of damaged furniture will be invoiced at our discretion.
You will be charged an additional £80.00 per hour wait time if room is not available for set up as per the above Chairs can NOT be stacked on site, nothing may be attached to the furniture.
Furniture can NOT be moved from one site to another by client.
Should a loading dock or sufficient parking not be available, charges may be incurred you will be invoiced separately.
A receipt will be provided to you.
No Warranties; I acknowledge that Greathire Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the property, by an inadequacy of the property of any defect in the property, or by an incident in connection with the property.
Indemnity. I shall indemnify Greathire Ltd from and against any and all claims, demand, costs and judgment arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the operation, possession, or use of the chairs.
Invoices will be issued from Greathire Ltd and cheques should be made payable to Greathire Ltd.
